David will determine the particular needs of each business by taking a hands-on, focused approach. If he does not take on the role himself, he would then assign an appropriate and fully qualified individual to fulfill the specific needs of the CFO engagement.
Due to the specific nature of certain industries or some client’s requirements, there will be needs that we cannot fulfill, but we would naturally advise if this is the case before any engagement.

HOW IT WORKS
As your CFO, we operate as your strategic business partner, when and where you need us, helping you to accelerate your business. The appointed CFO will visit the client site as often as necessary and work with employees in order to develop a thorough understanding of the clients business, finances, culture and people, but more importantly to help our clients grow, prosper, and achieve their goals.
In essence, the CFO becomes a member of the team and if required by the client, the CFO will take on a role title of “Interim CFO”, which will include a client email address, client business cards, etc. This is often very important to clients, especially to those who wish to show that they have a financial expert on board, often an essential requirement if the client is looking to raise finance, obtain investment, etc.
